Pitfire Artisan Pizza, a seven‑unit Southern California chain serving about 3,000 pizzas per day, was rapidly outgrowing manual Excel‑based reporting and fractured POS systems during a period of fast expansion and an accounting conversion to Great Plains. To gain standardized, reliable reporting and better accountability for labor and costs, Pitfire turned to Restaurant365 for a unified restaurant management platform.

Restaurant365 implemented a web‑based RADAR solution (marketed in the case as Compeat/Ctuit RADAR) to consolidate reporting across locations and remain POS‑agnostic, enabling store templates, weekly inventory, flash reports and monthly income statements.
