Fig & Olive, a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant concept, needed a reliable, restaurant-specific back-office and accounting system that would interface with their MICROS POS to replace spreadsheets and generic accounting software. They selected Restaurant365 to provide integrated back-office, inventory and financial reporting tailored to multi-unit restaurant operations.

Restaurant365 mapped MICROS POS codes to menu items and automated Daily Sales Reporting that exports balanced totals to the general journal, enabling weekly P&L, granular breakouts (bar, night, lunch, breakfast discounts), real-time multi-unit comparisons, inventory control and menu engineering. As a result, Fig & Olive realized large time savings for managers and accountants, faster period closes, and a reduction in food and beverage costs by a very good percentage—benefits Restaurant365 is now being deployed to new openings.
