Flagship Restaurant Group, a multi-concept restaurateur based in Omaha, struggled with spreadsheet-based inventory and QuickBooks accounting that lacked POS and accounts-payable integration, making inventory accuracy and food-cost visibility unreliable and manual processes time-consuming. To address these challenges, Flagship turned to Restaurant365, deploying the Compeat Advantage solution to centralize inventory and accounting data.
Restaurant365 implemented Compeat Advantage across Flagship’s locations, enabling POS polling, daily sales reporting, online Sysco ordering with real-time inventory cost updates, automated inventory ordering/receiving/counting, and paperless AP. As a result, Flagship saved administrative hours, achieved a 4–5% reduction in cost of goods sold per store, and realized roughly $600,000 in annual savings, while gaining the operational visibility to support continued growth.
