Dallas BBQ, a family-run New York restaurant group founded in 1936, needed a unified back-office and POS solution to scale across multiple locations and eliminate manual, site-by-site updates that ChefTec forced them to perform. To address this challenge they implemented Compeat Advantage integrated with POSitouch POS, with vendor Restaurant365 supporting the rollout and expansion of workforce and accounting modules.

Restaurant365 helped Dallas BBQ centralize inventory, pricing and financial reporting by integrating Compeat Advantage with POSitouch, adding Advantage Workforce and planning to replace QuickBooks with Advantage accounting. The solution produced daily, tailored sales reports, enabled one-click updates across nine other stores, and saved significant time on inventory tracking—helping keep food costs stable despite a 13% market price rise; the system is now deployed across ten locations.
