Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, a 13-unit concept combining a signature menu with in-house wines, needed a unified back-office and accounting platform that reliably integrated with its MICROS POS environment. They turned to Restaurant365 to provide an integrated inventory management, accounting and reporting solution to replace manual QuickBooks and Excel processes and to improve operational controls and visibility.
Restaurant365 implemented a polling-based integration with MICROS, consolidating data from all 13 MICROS servers so Cooper’s Hawk receives 100% of its financial data and 100% of its sales mix information with near-perfect communications. The solution enables centralized daily sales reporting, batch posting to accounting, faster next‑day performance review, stronger audit controls and a substantial reduction in manual work compared with their prior QuickBooks/Excel approach.
