Colony Grill, a four-location Connecticut pizza chain, was burdened by a slow, paper-based recruiting and onboarding process that required applicants to apply in-person and managers to scan and email stacks of new-hire forms. To modernize hiring and integrate with its back-office systems, Colony Grill implemented Restaurant365—deploying its Advantage/Workforce tools for operations and Restaurant365 OnBoard for applicant tracking and digital onboarding.

Restaurant365 replaced paper forms with online job postings, mobile applications, digital W‑4/I‑9/direct deposit and handbook acknowledgement, and automated applicant screening and offers. The Restaurant365 solution integrated new-hire data with ADP and the workforce module for time & attendance and scheduling, resulting in fewer errors, faster processing, improved manager access and a markedly better new-employee experience—helping Colony Grill operate more efficiently and simplify opening new locations.
