Bricco Dining Group Saves 5% in Labor Costs and Runs More Efficiently

Bricco Dining Group, an Ohio-based restaurant group of four locations, faced messy finances and inconsistent operations after being purchased in 2019—books “didn’t line up,” decisions were made from the bank account, and managers lacked visibility into the numbers. Owner Dave Sharp chose Restaurant365’s restaurant accounting and operations platform to get granular, accurate data, replace ad-hoc processes, and make the business data-driven.

Restaurant365 was implemented to automate bank reconciliation, scheduling, store transfers and reporting, enabling daily/weekly reports to managers and cleaner P&Ls. As a result, Bricco saved an estimated 30–40 hours per month on bank reconciliations, reduced labor costs by about 5%, improved manager accountability and scheduling accuracy, and gained the foundation to deploy inventory controls and further reduce COGS—demonstrating measurable operational and time savings through Restaurant365.
