RFPIO saved Microsoft $4.2M this year while streamlining RFx processes

Microsoft needed a way to scale proposal support for its global sales organization as bids and questionnaires became more complex and timelines got tighter. Its former proposal management software lacked automation, and siloed content made it harder for the Field to work quickly, verify accuracy, and maintain brand consistency.

Microsoft built a Proposal Resource Library on the Responsive Platform to provide AI-powered content recommendations, content management, and workflow automation. With Responsive, 18K authenticated users search more than 18K Q&A pairs across more than 10 collections, saving 20 minutes per search and more than $17M over four years, while the Field gained 93K additional hours to focus on customer relationships and pipeline.
