RFP Software Helps Basware with Language Translation

Basware, a Finland-based supply chain technology company, needed a better way to manage RFPs across a global team. Its content was mostly drafted in English, stored in spreadsheets, and then translated by pre-sales reps into local languages, which made the process slow and error-prone. Basware chose Responsive for RFP software with language translation support.

With Responsive, Basware centralized content, supported 17 languages in the Content Library, and made it easier for subject matter experts to update and clean the knowledge base. The company said it has had one- and two-day turnarounds on RFPs, and Brendan Blok estimated that submissions rose from about 22 RFPs in early 2018 to 38 in the same period in 2019, a 73% increase.
