Global Asset Management Firm is a U.S.-based global asset management firm with $1.4T in assets under management, more than 7,500 employees, and more than 400 products. As it prepared for a merger and acquisition, it needed a better way to manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other questionnaires. Its existing system was difficult to use, could not scale with new acquisitions, and did not provide a reliable single source of content.

Responsive helped create a single content hub for more than 60 users, supported Salesforce integration, and enabled the team to clean 5,000 records from the system during a content audit.
