Invicti, a software and SaaS company based in Austin, Texas, needed a better way to handle RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and security questionnaires. Its previous RFP software forced the team to manually process half of all questionnaires, created limited trust in response content, and slowed proposal turnaround to five or more days.

Invicti upgraded to Responsive to improve intake, content management, collaboration, and reporting, along with integrations for Salesforce, Slack, and Whistic. With Responsive, Invicti reduced proposal and questionnaire completion time to two days, answered individual questions in less than a minute, increased annual projects to 433 in 2023 from about 120 before, automated 67 percent of security questionnaires, and reached an 83% win rate for sales opportunities that included an RFX.
