How Smarsh’s RFP process persevered through a merger

Smarsh reduced its tag count from over 400 to less than 40, and Responsive completed the content migration overnight so the team could operate in one system. The company also submitted 30 more RFPs and RFIs in 2018 than in 2017, and the team said Responsive helped make the merger process much easier.
