Responsive implemented a centralized, automated response platform with a living answer library, triage and task assignment, and progress tracking; the tool automated roughly 75% of questions, is now used companywide by 40+ users, and cut typical RFP effort in half (from about 20–30 hours to roughly 10–15), boosting response quality, consistency, and sales enablement.
