Alera Group, an insurance and financial services firm based in Deerfield, IL, wanted to improve brand consistency in its RFP response process as the company grew to more than 75 firms. The marketing team was spending too much time cobbling together “Frankenstein RFPs,” sharing content by email, and trying to keep each firm’s identity intact while still reusing common material.

Alera Group used Responsive’s Response Projects and Content Library to centralize content, collaborate across firms, and export RFPs in formats that matched brand guidelines. With Responsive, the team reported some RFP turnarounds of 20 hours or less, compared with two or three weeks before, and one firm increased submissions from 10 RFPs last year to 10 RFPs already in the first quarter of this year.
