Genpact, a global professional services firm, needed a better way to support its BidPro team as it handled proposal work that was taking too much time on low-value deals. The team was dealing with inconsistent messaging, poor value propositions, and content that was hard to find or outdated. Genpact worked with Responsive to improve how its proposal content was managed and accessed.

Responsive helped Genpact build a stronger content library and made it easier to access through Responsive LookUp in Microsoft 365, including Word and PowerPoint. With pre-approved content, template slide decks, and boilerplate material available directly from the library, Genpact increased efficiency by at least 30-35%, and over 90% of the content created is being used. The team also said the setup helped new employees onboard faster and freed experienced staff to focus on higher-value work.
