iProspect, a global digital performance marketing agency, needed to prove and optimize marketing results across the full customer journey but lacked visibility into offline conversions. The work exposed that many high‑value sales occur by phone, improved attribution and campaign optimization, equipped contact centres with caller journey data for personalization and upsell, and delivered evidenced ROI and a competitive advantage.
