Rebel, Australia’s leading sporting and leisure goods retailer with more than 90 stores, wanted to put customer experience at the center of its business strategy and gain better insight into the voice of the customer. To support this goal, Rebel partnered with Resonate Solutions and selected its closed-loop customer feedback system to help deliver excellent customer experiences and create advocates.
Resonate Solutions implemented a “Listen, Act, Discover & Improve” framework that enabled Rebel to capture real-time feedback, close the loop with customers, and crowd-source new ideas for improving the in-store experience. The program helped Rebel improve NPS, create a more engaged customer base and empowered store managers to make better decisions, while also supporting test-and-learn initiatives across merchandising, service, and loyalty marketing.
