The South Australian Attorney‑General’s Department (AGD) needed a single, internally supported case‑management platform to serve multiple independent offices — including the Ombudsman, Equal Opportunity Commissioner, Office for Women, WorkCover Ombudsman and Police Ombudsman. The key challenge was delivering a robust, extensible system that could be customised for each agency while meeting strict reliability (99.9% uptime), full staff access and the ability to adapt to changing legislation and business processes.
Resolve implemented a common database with customer‑specific configuration, standardised case workflows, consistent correspondence and controlled data capture to support reporting. The rollout gave each office reliable caseload management, improved data integrity, and self‑service configuration skills for staff; overall the AGD gained greater automation, service delivery and ministerial reporting capability on a stable, scalable platform.
