The solution delivered a central case pool with flexible routing so cases and all associated tasks can be assigned to a single coordinator, reduced the need for prescriptive business rules, enabled large-scale file digitisation, and provided scalability and in-house configurability — with a customer web portal for submissions and tracking planned next.
