An enhancement to Resolve added comprehensive, stage‑aware workflows across Assessment, Conciliation, Investigation and Referrals, the ability to record multiple outcomes and reasons, a one‑click case snapshot for printing, and custom reports on disability types and combinations. These improvements streamlined case handling, cut reporting time, increased staff productivity and strengthened compliance with the Disability Act.
