The Australian Federal Police Association (AFPA) represents the professional, industrial and social interests of AFP and related law‑enforcement employees. In 2013 the AFPA was hampered by an inefficient mix of spreadsheets, an outdated Microsoft Access database and scattered documents, forcing manual data entry, poor reporting and slow case handling.
Resolve implemented a Dynamic Case Management solution integrated with a redeveloped AFPA website, adding enhanced data capture, automated workflows and templates, web‑form and new‑member integration, unified member profiles, automated notifications and a single mailing list. After going live in December 2013 the AFPA achieved faster response times, reduced case‑handling timelines and costs, streamlined end‑to‑end processes and alignment with Commonwealth Ombudsman best‑practice complaint handling.
