Madam Woo, part of the Go To Collection Hospitality Group with locations in Queenstown and Hamilton, needed a better way to manage busy restaurant floors and reduce costly no-shows, especially in tourist-heavy Queenstown. The team had already been using ResDiary for more than five years to run reservations and track table status, and later looked for a stronger way to protect bookings and improve operational efficiency.

Madam Woo implemented ResDiary credit card deposits on all reservations, along with set-menu booking functionality, to encourage commitment and streamline sales. The result was a significant drop in no-shows, improved guest communication about party-size changes, and better use of floor space and seating capacity. Madam Woo also noted that ResDiary made it easy to manage the floor and that the vendor’s support team was highly responsive and helpful.
