Casey Jones Pub, a suburban Canberra hospitality venue, wanted to increase repeat attendance at its popular events and keep local customers coming back more often. Working with ResDiary and its integration with Connect by me&u, the pub looked for a better way to use customer booking data without adding extra manual work for staff.

ResDiary helped Casey Jones Pub connect booking and service data into Connect by me&u, enabling targeted, automated text reminders and promotions for events like Ladies’ Night and UFC nights. The result was a major lift in repeat attendance: return diners increased from about 30 out of 100 event guests to around 60 out of 100, while the venue also gained new opportunities for birthday offers, special promotions, and group-booking campaigns.
