Stanleys, a popular Sydney bar and restaurant, was looking for a better booking system after using OpenTable. Licensee Max Reilly had used ResDiary before and wanted a platform that would give the venue more control, better efficiency, and lower costs.
ResDiary replaced OpenTable with a flat-fee reservation system that included stronger table management and an Event Management feature for functions and events. The result was about four additional function enquiries per week, improved yield through better table control, reduced monthly bills, and a smoother, more intuitive user experience for the Stanleys team.
