Sutter Health, a large California-based non-profit healthcare system spanning hospitals, clinics and outpatient services, faced fragmented location and physician listings and thousands of unresponded patient reviews after growth by acquisition. Reputation implemented centralized listings management, review monitoring and response, HIPAA‑compliant response templates, star‑rating streaming to doctor profile pages and NLP-powered reporting. As a result, Sutter Health’s listings accuracy rose from 57% to 90%, the organization responded to 5,000 reviews in 2017, and visits to doctors’ profile pages from Google increased 76%, driving higher visibility and appointment bookings.
