Stonegate Group, a large hospitality operator with over 4,500 venues, needed a scalable, all‑in‑one feedback and brand management solution to cut down on multiple platforms, boost operational efficiency, and empower venue managers while preserving head office oversight. Reputation implemented RXM modules for reviews, business listings and Reputation Score, enabling centralized feedback management and reporting. Since deploying Reputation, Stonegate’s star rating rose to 4.5 from 3.4, review response rates jumped to 99% from 36% in 2019, listing views increased 1,443% (981 million views in 2022), and its Reputation Score reached 801 (168 points above the industry average and a 318‑point gain). Stonegate also reports a clear correlation between rising Reputation Score and improved like‑for‑like sales, with 100% of managers using the platform weekly.
