PRG Real Estate began with a Reputation Score of 594/1,000, more than 2,000 portfolio-wide reviews and only a 28% response rate, and needed a cohesive strategy to improve online reputation and review engagement. To address this challenge PRG partnered with Reputation to understand score drivers and build a repeatable program for soliciting and responding to reviews.
Reputation provided research and training that identified key drivers (review volume, spread and response), plus review solicitation training, branded marketing materials and design guidance; over three years PRG raised its portfolio Reputation Score to 800 (reached Oct 3, 2021) and is now at 806 with 87% positive reviews, demonstrating clear gains in sentiment and review management.
