Wilmington Health, the largest private multi‑specialty medical group in Wilmington, NC, needed to increase and automate patient reviews to improve local search visibility and care quality after its paper‑card process became impractical during COVID. After auditing competitors, Wilmington Health partnered with Reputation, adopting Reputation’s Reviews and Review Booster features and RepConnect integrations to sync messaging and integrate with its NextGen EHR for automated outreach.

Reputation implemented EHR‑triggered text review requests, Review Booster, RepConnect scripting, real‑time surveying and analytics to identify outlier providers and enable rapid service recovery.
