EmpRes Healthcare Using Sentiment Data to Improve Communities Holistically

EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee‑owned operator of rehabilitation, post‑acute, assisted and independent living, and home care services, needed to improve employee and patient survey responses and automate survey workflows, data and communications across widely dispersed communities during the COVID‑19 pandemic. To centralize social engagement at the community level and streamline review and survey management, EmpRes partnered with Reputation and adopted the Reputation platform.

Reputation provided a centralized platform with sentiment analytics, review management and tools (including its Actions product) that EmpRes used to drive local ownership, run monthly score reviews, and intervene on negative sentiment. The results include a 26% increase in listing views and a 49% increase in Actions taken in the year after joining Reputation, and 12 EmpRes centers earned Great Place to Work certification (up from four the prior year), alongside improved Reputation scores, SEO, engagement and ROI.
