Reputation helped claim and standardize listings, centralize monitoring and responses (with soft templates), automate social posting, and deploy surveys and insights to guide operations. As a result—after nearly five years with Reputation—USA Properties Fund grew to 90 verified pages, increased average star rating by 19% to 4.4, achieved a 91% review rate, corrected 399 data points for 99.4% accuracy, and collected hundreds to thousands of surveys (612 in the first year, 4,600 work‑order surveys in 2022), improving visibility, resident feedback, and operational decision‑making.
