Spherion Staffing, a franchised staffing and recruiting agency with more than 75 franchisees and 215 locations, faced a crowded market and needed to highlight its local, candidate‑centric approach while helping franchisees monitor and manage reputation at the local level. To do this, Spherion partnered with Reputation in early 2021, primarily adopting Reputation’s Reviews feature so each franchisee could track, respond to, and act on feedback through a centralized dashboard.

Using Reputation’s Reviews dashboard to drive review volume, coach underperforming markets, and set KPIs, Spherion boosted third‑party credibility and local performance. As a result of the Reputation partnership, Spherion grew 13% faster than competitors, maintained a 4.8 average rating from 2021–2022 despite higher review volume, increased positive review share to 95% in 2022 (from 84% in 2018), raised its Rep Score from the low 600s to the mid‑700s, and grew overall review volume nearly 50% year‑over‑year.
