Msheireb Downtown Doha sought to enhance engagement and ease of use within its customer loyalty program by redesigning the experience journeys for its distinct customer segments. To address this, they engaged the consulting firm Renascence, which specializes in customer experience and behavioral economics, to lead a customer loyalty program transformation.
Renascence implemented a solution centered on redesigning three tailored customer journeys for residential tenants, visitors, and commercial tenants. They mapped and enhanced key stages from discovery through renewal, creating clear strategic plans and animated journey videos to visualize the future experience. The results included three fully redesigned customer journeys, each with six focused stages, and the creation of animated videos that helped Msheireb's teams visualize and implement the new customer experience flow effectively.
