Leading Health Service Company, a provider of products and services to healthcare organizations and hospitals, was hampered by a costly, inflexible on‑premises master data management (MDM) system that prevented a single view of diverse B2B customers and limited their ability to offer customized products and services. To modernize MDM and gain agility, they engaged Reltio and adopted cloud solutions including Reltio Cloud for Account 360 and Reltio Product 360.

Reltio consolidated account and product data from 70+ systems in under 12 weeks, migrated product taxonomy into Reltio Product 360, and built a Mule integration to the data warehouse so CRM, contract management and implementation systems could consume consistent data. The Reltio implementation became the single source of truth, enabled white‑space analysis for upsell/cross‑sell, delivered a 46% reduction in TCO, a 50% reduction in data migration cost, and significantly faster time to value.
