Leading Golf Club, a large owner and operator of golf courses and clubs, faced fragmented member data across hundreds of home-grown applications and 200+ systems (ERP, financial, benefits, contract management, POS), which prevented consistent multi-channel experiences and personalized offers. To solve this, they engaged Reltio and deployed Reltio Cloud to build a single, reliable Member 360 view.

Reltio integrated Reltio Cloud with the POS, mastered members, clubs, benefits and products using its Graph technology and business rules, and delivered a metadata-driven REST UI for contextual reporting. In under 8 weeks Reltio consolidated 200+ systems and went live with Member 360, dramatically reducing tee-time reservation processing time, enabling new bundled and customized offers and a shift from a costlier concierge model to more efficient self-service.
