Reltio was brought in to address the lack of a single customer view and limited visibility into sales compensation and cross-OpCo operations, using the Reltio Self‑Learning Data Platform and its Customer 360 capabilities to support a business-led data governance program.
Reltio implemented Customer 360 and pre-built Reltio Data as a Service (DaaS) to harmonize customer data across operating companies, accelerate third-party data enrichment, and deliver faster access for commercial and R&D analysis. The solution went live as a Customer Master in the US across three OpCos in under 17 weeks and expanded to EMEA within 10 weeks, delivering a single view of customers, improved data quality, better sales visibility, and a scalable foundation for future M&A and go‑to‑market models.
