Reltio delivered a phased implementation connecting 15+ systems and enriching B2B data (including Dun & Bradstreet) to provide a single source of truth. The Reltio Connected Data Platform streamlined 30+ hotel-data processes, mobilized trusted data in real time, and cut manual lookups from days to seconds; B2B attribute accuracy rose from 65% to 95%, overall data quality improved ~30%, and Radisson saw better pricing negotiations, higher operational efficiency, increased revenue and stronger customer loyalty.
