Radisson Hotel Group partnered with Reltio to address fragmented customer, hotel, and location data spread across multiple systems. With no prior master data management solution, inconsistent records and unclear ownership created a lack of trust in data, manual work, and slower processes that made it harder to deliver strong guest and customer experiences.

Using Reltio’s cloud-native multidomain MDM platform, Radisson unified its data into a central “OneMDM” hub and integrated it with 15+ operational and reporting systems. The phased implementation started with hotel and location data and expanded to B2B customer domains, helping Radisson streamline 30+ processes, reduce data prep and processing time, improve data quality and reporting, and support better customer service, marketing, and sales decisions.
