TTS, a UK supplier of educational resources and stationery for schools and parents, faced a workflow challenge: their monthly stationery email changes frequently—sometimes at the last minute—and they wanted the Stationery Team to control featured products without increasing load on the Email Marketing Team. RedEye worked with TTS to address this need using marketing automation and an editable email template approach.
RedEye redesigned the email with easily editable areas and implemented a simple SFTP/text-file process that automatically imports product data into the database and merges it into the template, letting the Stationery Team update content without specialist skills. RedEye also helped TTS run a split test (new template with prices vs. old without), producing a 113% increase in conversion rate and earning a Gold award for Email Radical Redesign.
