The Co-operative Insurance engaged RedEye to optimise its car insurance product page, aiming to present key product information and promotional messaging more clearly to increase click-throughs on the “Get a Quote” call-to-action. The brief focused on improving readability and reducing friction so more visitors would start the quote journey.

RedEye conducted UX research and ran an A/B testing program with two redesign variations against the control; Variation 1 (a tile view with icons) produced a 4.63% uplift in “Start a Quote” clicks at 97.67% confidence and was rolled out across other product pages. RedEye’s work not only increased leads into the quote tool but also revealed a downstream blockage within the quote flow, highlighting the next optimisation opportunity.
