RedEye carried out an RFM data insight project to segment customers and designed a unique merge‑field to insert individual, non‑shareable discount codes into email communications.
RedEye’s solution let Start-rite send tailored journeys (e.g., welcome for purchasers, welcome for non‑purchasers, and reactivation) with appropriate discount levels (for example 10% welcome, 15% reactivation). The campaigns achieved a 5.59% conversion rate for Welcome Purchased, 4.85% for Welcome Not Purchased, and a 27.53% conversion rate from a 3,852‑customer reactivation send, delivering a 1022% ROI — with codes remaining secure and not leaked or misused.
