Homeserve PLC, a provider of home emergency and repair services, wanted to improve online conversion by re‑engaging visitors who obtained quotes but did not proceed. They partnered with RedEye and used RedEye’s customer data platform to implement an "abandon quote" email aimed at reminding customers about their quotes and encouraging them to complete purchases.
RedEye ran an almost two‑month A/B test, sending the abandon‑quote email to visitors who had generated a quote within a set window and withholding it from a control group. The campaign produced a 105% increase in sales and a 91% increase in revenue for recipients versus non‑recipients, and won Silver in the Which Test Won Email and Mobile Testing Awards 2015, underscoring RedEye’s measurable impact.
