Hays, a leading recruitment specialist, wanted to encourage more jobseekers to phone their consultants from job detail pages without reducing the number of online applications. Hays engaged RedEye’s CRO team to tackle this conversion challenge on their job listing pages.

RedEye added a new "Talk to a Consultant" CTA placed inline with the existing "Apply Now" button that opens an overlay showing consultant details, making phone contact more prominent. The RedEye solution drove a 3.75% increase in engagement with the new CTA and had no negative impact on "Apply Now" clicks.
