Haven Holidays increases bookings by 21% with website personalisation

Haven Holidays, part of the largest privately owned holiday operator in the UK, wanted to improve its website experience by showing content tailored to customers’ needs and holiday preferences across its 35 parks. To do this they worked with RedEye, using RedEye’s website personalisation technology and Haven’s CRM data to explore targeted, personalised onsite messaging.

RedEye analysed CRM segments, used smart tags to identify visitors who browsed park pages, and ran an A/B test that replaced the generic homepage carousel with personalised static images for four high‑traffic parks. The test lifted bookings by 21% and revenue by 14%; Haven Holidays is now planning to roll personalised images out to all 35 parks and to scale further RedEye-led personalisation tests across the site.
