Footasylum drive first purchase to increase sales by 115%

Footasylum needed to boost first purchases and grow its customer database by identifying prospects on the brink of conversion. To address this, Footasylum worked with RedEye, using RedEye’s Predictive Modeller (part of the Contour marketing automation suite) to predict each prospect’s likelihood to make a first purchase.

RedEye implemented a Prospect Conversion Predictive Model on Footasylum’s contactable prospects, creating high- and low-propensity segments and running a 50/50 test where one half received enhanced campaigns and the other business-as-usual emails. The RedEye-driven program enabled tailored multi-channel journeys that lifted conversion by 27.5% in the high-propensity group versus control and doubled sales (115% increase) in the low-propensity nurture group.
