Budget had been sending broad newsletters and confirmation emails that produced low open rates, poor conversion and a weak ROI. To improve customer engagement, conversions and online sales, Budget engaged RedEye to move from blasts to targeted behavioural email marketing.

RedEye implemented its Customer Behaviour Campaign using RedEye’s integrated database to capture and segment online and registration data and deploy automated email triggers (pre‑purchase, post‑purchase and personal triggers). The results were strong: whitelist status, overall conversion 6.51% (welcome emails 17.95%), average CTR 19.73% (abandoned basket >30%), email volume up 225% in the first 10 months with no impact on unsubscribes, an ROI of 836% and more than double year‑on‑year email revenue.
