Bonmarché, a growing online fashion retailer, needed to increase email engagement and revenue ahead of the busy Christmas period versus the previous year. They partnered with RedEye to address deliverability and targeting challenges using RedEye’s segmentation tools, engagement segments and whitelisting expertise.

RedEye implemented a structured approach to segmentation and send timing—mailing the most receptive customers more frequently, reserving strongest messages for less engaged segments, and adding Return Path whitelisting to improve inbox placement. The results: open rates +85%, click rates +23%, conversions +19% and a campaign ROI of 27,465%, with campaign revenue up 49% while email volume rose only 13%.
