allbeauty, an online retailer of beauty and fragrances, needed a more sophisticated Marketing Automation solution and hands‑on support to keep communications relevant across many customer groups during rapid growth. They partnered with RedEye and adopted the Contour platform to deliver more personalised, data‑driven email programmes.
RedEye’s team mapped the customer journey and built targeted programmes in Contour, adding behavioural emails like “Abandon Payday” and “Abandon Category” and expanding segmentation to re‑engage lapsed and prospect customers. The results with RedEye were strong: YoY revenue rose 44%, open rates increased from 7.8% to 12.8%, the “Abandon Payday” email converted up to 40.9% (£19,885 in six months) and the “Abandon Category” email achieved a 38.7% open rate, 23% CTR and £154,000 in six months.
