Craghoppers wanted to lift online conversion by targeting shoppers who abandoned their baskets and, although they had a strong multi-channel strategy from XCM, they needed specialist email expertise. RedEye was brought in to deliver a targeted abandoned basket email programme using its tagging technology and dynamic email marketing capabilities.
RedEye implemented a simple, single-trigger email sent 24 hours after abandonment that dynamically populated up to four product images, prices and details tailored to each user. The campaign delivered a 3,088% ROI with a 61.60% average open rate and a 27.70% click-through rate, and RedEye is now helping Craghoppers extend the programme with a follow-up email for non-openers.
