TravelUp, a fast-growing UK travel company offering flights, hotels and package holidays, needed to bring together disparate customer data and move from mass email blasts to personalised, multi-channel marketing. To support rapid growth and build richer customer insight, TravelUp selected RedEye’s Marketing Automation Hub and consultancy support to create a single customer view and drive timely, relevant communications.

RedEye combined TravelUp’s data sources to build an accurate Single Customer View, developed tailored segmentation and behavioural lifecycles, and implemented personalised automated emails. The result: a 12% increase in conversion rate, with behavioural emails (just 0.24% of send volume) contributing 21.89% of revenue while tactical sends generated 78.11% from 99.76% of volume — demonstrating RedEye’s impact on revenue and customer experience.
