Native, a DTC clean personal-care brand, needed to overhaul its subscription experience after migrating to Shopify Plus. The business challenge was to create a branded Customer Portal and subscription flow that let shoppers pause, delay, swap, or add one‑time items to recurring orders — all to drive subscription adoption, increase average order value, and reduce churn.
